JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Our programs are funded by businesses and individuals, and are designed to be taught in the classroom by volunteers from the business community. The unique delivery system provides the training, materials, and support necessary to ensure a positive experience. Our materials include curriculums for elementary, middle and high school students.

Is your child a Junior Achievement student? They may qualify for a Scholarship!

There are also a variety of Local High School and College Scholarships available to students in Western Pennsylvania:
- 8th Grade students entering a Catholic High School in 2012, who have received at least two Junior Achievement programs, may be eligible for one of 30 Cardinal Donald Wuerl Scholarships.
- High School seniors who have received at least one JA program may qualify for the Thomas A. McConomy Scholarship,the Robert J. Schuler Scholarship, or State Farm Scholarship.
- High School seniors who have had at least one JA program and who plan to major in Education at an accredited college/university may be eligible for a PSEA Scholarship.

The Pennsylvania Department of Education has adopted the New Common Core Standards. Junior Achievement will be adapting on a National level to meet these new requirements!
