Our board members' leadership, expertise and guidance are critical to JA's success and our ability to develop and implement a strategy for sustainability and growth, while also advancing their business goals and personal interests. Their willingness to leverage their personal and business networks and resources can open doors to help us make connections to find new supporters, allowing us to provide a JA experience for more students. We need their help to meet the demand for our programs. By focusing on education, economic and youth development, JA programs contribute to the vitality of our community and the availability of a well-educated workforce.
